On the North Coast, Saturday looks blown out.
Sunday early is looking like light winds and fun sized surf.
After that for the Ballito surf report it looks like Tuesday and maybe Thursday are looking like some good options.

Sunday in Ballito has some size but is looking pretty bumpy.
Monday is looking really good for the Ballito surf report with 5 foot waves and next to no wind.
After that the forecast is for blown out mush!

For the Ballito surf forecast for the weekend Saturday is a mess.
Sunday morning should be around 3 foot and clean before the east ruins things.
Into next week and Tuesday mid morning should have some waves and maybe Thursday.
Keep an eye on the North Coast surf report to see how things are developing.
The North Coast region stretches from past Umhlanga Rocks up to Richards Bay in the North including towns like Umdloti and Ballito, home to the Ballito Pro surf competition.
The Ballito surf report is updated hourly. The surf is consistent year round with the best swells being in the winter months between April and July. In the summer months the water is warm and only boardshorts are required. In winter either a spring suit or 2-3mm wetsuits will be fine. The water quality is generally very good except after summer heavy rains when the water can become brown and dirty.
There is a large variety of waves from beach breaks to point breaks with the waves generally being a bit bigger than the more protected Durban region.
