For the Ballito surf forecast for this weekend we have big surf with a cyclone lurking off the coast.

Peak of the swell will be Sunday with waves over 6 foot, possibly in the 6-8 foot range!

Wind wise it is not looking as good as town, but early session will be surfable.

Hmmm. The Ballito surf report is looking a bit better than town for this weekend.

Saturday early should be surfable and Sunday we got very light winds and maybe some waves in the 5 foot range!

Tuesday to Thursday its looking like a real summer pattern with good clean conditions earlier before the wind ruins the fun.

Sunday morning conditions look cleaner but the swell has dropped to around 3 foot.

Monday, Tuesday you will need to get in there early before the east ruins things.

It's going to be an epic week on the North Coast.

The surf is pumping and the Ballito Pro is on!

The Junior's will kick things off from Wednesday to Friday. In terms of surf, today there is some good size and then the swell starts to drop off.

By Wednesday the groms should have 2-3 foot waves in super light wind conditions. By the weekend we might have a touch more swell and still clean conditions for when the Ballito Pro kicks off. Offshore winds the whole weekend around Ballito with Saturday blowing a bit stronger than Sunday.

Saturday starts with smaller waves and a light North Easterly wind.

After such a week of devastating rain it's nice to see the ocean starting to clean itself up a bit.

If you can ignore the carnage on the beaches the surf looks pretty good this Easter long weekend. The swell is 4-6 foot for Saturday and slowly drops off to around 3 foot by Monday.

The winds look best on Sunday.
